I hope it can support Chinese, free for charge, and easy to use.
Please tell me one,thanks.
i think Joomla is the best ...
i used joomla and i liked verry much ..and php fusion is nice .
i think Joomla is the best ..
then its drupal as I see according to recommendations .
they are good because of their gr8 & big community support.. I think..
Drupal is good if you want extreme customization and you are a techie. Otherwise, choose Joomla.
I would say there is not such thing like "what is the best CMS" because each one has his/her own opinion based on individual needs and projects.

What is good for me, might not be good for you, starting with the fact tha you need support for Chinese language, and I don't need this.

However, you can decide on your own by testing several Content Management Systems, including those already mentioned above.

Don't panic, there is a website which has most of the CMSs that are nowadays available, many of which support multiple languages.Besides you can find demos to try them out online.

The address of such site is http://opensourcecms.com/
i personally preferred joomla because i found it huge and so many possibility to do with it.. many interface and easy to manage even you not know codes, you able to make professional look website with full futures in it without knowing much codes that's the joomla.

it just commands and it gives options in every modules and articles which make it more simple to understand
I prefer using Wordpress, just because it has a great selection of modifications, themes, and settings for you to choose from. I also like the fact you can have a network of blogs with Wordpress. Joomla! is a quite confusing CMS software, in my personal opinion, and Drupal seems to be hard to work with. Overall, Wordpress also has an easier interface to work with, for ease-of-use when making posts, creating pages, and releasing items, unlike Joomla! and Drupal.
WordPress is the best CMS Software, easy to develop for it things like themes plugins etc
I think Joomla 1.5 is the best, even though 1.7 Joomla is out, I'm still stuck to 1.5 until all my extensions are working with 1.7. Don't really like any other Content Management Systems, just Joomla.
Your point of view is worth to mention adding this fact; sometimes we find a CMS we are comfortable working with and then a new version comes up with bells and whistles.

While many times a new versions brings enhancements and new features that may improve your website, some others those "upgrades" are for bad, whether the script doesn't work or load as it used to do, is more complicated to manage or has add-ons that we might not need.

However, sometimes an upgrade comes with security patches when a vulnerability is detected but, what do you prefer? A new CMS with security enhanced but hard to manage or an easy-going previous version.

I would also select the old one, but there is something I consider a rule of thumb when it comes to keep online an outdated version: remove the version number or information about from the footer or any other viewable place.

If you are knowledgeable in PHP you may try to patch the vulnerability yourself, but if you don't know how, don't let potential hackers learn you have a vulnerable version. If they don't see what version you are running the chances to get them trying an attack or MySQL injection are very low or null.
