For the most part yes, but the price is a little too high.
If it was only the price.

I pay way too much for my current connection you have seen in the first post and there is still no better plan for this money (there is but Germany has no balanced connections).

So in short: Don't try to get Internet in Germany or even move to Germany :D .
I'm still on DSL lol! My Dad may upgrade to 75Mbps cable internet which is fairly fast. With what I have now, I'm not happy. I'm okay because in Africa, they can't have Internet in some places. At least I have internet.
I can't watch things in 1080 high definition, but I can watch things in 720 if I let it load.

I don't really complain often. I'm satisfied because some people still have dial-up like my one friend.

The speedtest seems slow, but usually it goes up to 200KB/s and then sometimes stops at 180KB/s.
Speedtest shows kbps, not KBps.
