Which console do you prefer? Xbox 360 or PS3.

I personally prefer the Xbox 360. Servers are better (I mean, look at the recent PSN outage), a few better games, and it's cheaper. PS3 might have a blu-ray player, but are you willing to pay an extra $100 more for it?

Some might say that PS3 is better because PSN is free, compared to Xbox Live, which is $50/year, but I'm willing to pay $50/year for better servers that aren't down for 2 weeks.
I honestly don't think it's fair to count the recent PSN outtage in as statistics. PSN has operated nearly flawlessly since 2006, with the exception of the current one, caused by a rare albeit severe hacking attempt by immature teens *cough*anonymous*cough*, which again is caused by a Sony Lawsuit - It's not not like such scenarios happen on a daily basis.

Hardware wise, they are pretty equal. Although the PS3's Cell processor is capable of producing twice the amount of gigaflops than the X360's Xenon processor, the Cell's environment makes it very inflexible and hard to make decent use of all this with the current industry standards within graphics, whilst the X360's GPU is slightly superior to that of the PS3.

By now, I prefer neither and thus own neither, but if you'd asked me before the infinitely stupid PS3 3.21 update, I would definitely have said PS3 by a long mile, solely because of it's OtherOS feature, which would have enabled me to run Linux on it.

Although from a gamers and developers perspective, the Xbox 360 environment is definitely the best and most flexible.

But as always, In my opinion: A Good PC > X360 & PS3.
I would say I preferred PS3, but then they took away Other OS. Xbox is the clear winner now, even though you must pay for multiplayer.

PS3...
I had both and 360 broke right away. Ps3 is still alive. But the only problem with Ps3 may be the network even though I don't use it. I like Ps3 better.
Both console are pure "shit". Go for computers and stop playing old DX9 stuff on 2006 hardware.

Even my LG GT540 has better graphics then your XBOX or PS3.
ps3 for sure
PCs are good but it depends on how fast and good your pc is..
First it's PC
Than
ps3.
