This site is very cool... I like the idea of an online board. Too bad it is in Japanese...

I've tried doing one drawing with this site you provided. It was fun and exciting way to draw just like other blackboards. What I do not like is the way that the chalk has to be controlled. It's kinda hard to use for me.
