I use Namecheap at present. They offer very good support. I'm not too keen on their name server / dns setup though. It's caused problems in the past.

You are all says that godaddy is best but any one can tell where can I get a free domain

Godaddy has good prices and name.com has happy hour wish means free or very cheep domain name.

My domain registar is freedns.afraid.org, I don't buy TLDs.
