I know we could not say that one is the best but in your opinion which is the best or which is easier to use which is more productive.

Opinions please.
I think the best cms is the cms you made yourself. This because most cms's are bloated with functions you will never use and will only be counterproductive. Offcourse making the cms itself takes a lot of time, but I think it's worth it in the long run.
As you state yourself, it's all about personal preferences. But IMO, this gives an acceptable image of things without being too biased:

@Yoruichi Shihouin - i'll consider that. what are the requirements of making own CMS what languages should i learn?
@Vanilla - thanks for the link. =) it's been helpful.
@AloneBoss and FrizuriEmo - May you give me some insights about wordpress why is it the best for you?
Hey lemme tell ya something =).

For me, there are several top FREE CMS's too choose from :

Wordpress, Joomla, and Drupal. I feel others like Mambo have fallen far behind =(.

Concerning wordpress : Its more blog based, and due to its popularity, you need to frequently keep your version up to date as if you don't there are security flaws etc =( .

IMHO Joomla and Drupal are very decent too. But if you are a newbie etc, and struggle to learn new stuff/ add addons etc, then please choose Joomla as it's easier :). However Drupal is Better for Extensibility and Large Sites =).

Just my 2 cents :D
I like Drupal the most. It is easily extensible. Unfortunately, it is difficult to debloat. It is also very complex.
A side note on Wordpress: I hate it. It is buggy. It is insecure. It is bloated. It causes problems for web hosts too, what with the myriad vulnerabilities and its resource-hogging nature.
